Cricut explorer 2, used twice. First time it worked, second time it didnt. I say it doesnt work well, but everyone is just telling me I dont know how to use it.

I bought it at the full price Walmart had in store, but I couldnt return it since I lost the receipt, and threw away the box. Everything in the photographs are included, except the box. Four water temperature changing vinyl sheets. The plug and connect to computer and outlet.
