Mobile Blasting System includes Dry ICE, Soda, Glass Bead and Aluminum Oxide
This mobile system is complete with all necessary items to perform Soda Blasting, Glass Bead Blasting, Alu. Oxide Blasting and Dry ICE Blasting. The diesel air compressor has only 230 hours on it and most of this was for backup air for our shop and not used for blasting purposes.
Trailer is currently licensed in Iowa. Estimate less than 500 miles on the trailer at this time. Trailer also has storage area in back of the trailer for dry ice bins or blasting media. Steel tubes are mounted on each side where a lift can be installed.
We never got to the point of building the lifts for the trailer system. The SodaBlast System is a Complete SB-500 System. It includes the S-88 Helmet, Cape, Breathing Tube, Type A-1 Class D Airline Filter, H-38 Starter Hose, SeeBreathe Carbon Monoxide Detectors Hot/Cold Tube. This system is rated to use Sodium Bicarbonate (Soda), Glass Beads, Sugar Sand, Glass Powder, Walnut Shell, Corn Cob, Plastic Media and more.
