Brand is unknown but I'm almost positive it's a Central Pneumatic. This item is pre-owned and does show sighns of use such as marks, scratches and some surface rust. The black rubber grip does have some cracks in it but is still intact. It does operate well and cosmetic discription for the most part is fair. Please see all imiges for best cosmetic discription.
