Looks to be missing just a couple pieces. The 1/4 bushing and a washer. The user manual is included with a complete parts break down and part numbers for any replacement parts needed.
A little maintenance probably wouldn't hurt. Its been stored for little bit. Bearings could use greased etc. So now all 3 sizes can be used upon arrival. There is still one of the flat washers missing but they are interchangeable. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Ill do my best to get them answered as quickly as possible. Nose pieces available for this tool are #6 through 3/8(not included).
